How it works
Desks = team size × days in the office ÷ 5, rounded up. Space = 45 sq ft per desk, plus about 100 sq ft for each small meeting room (4–6 people) and 250 sq ft for each large one (8–12 people). Flexible offices are usually priced per desk, so the desk count matters most.
