The team behind Spacebly
Spacebly is run by its two co-founders, who have more than 20 years in the industry between them. We started it in London in 2025 because finding an office still meant going through a middleman, and we thought tenants and operators should be able to deal with each other directly.
Peter Dudley, Co-founder
Peter spent 15 years in commercial real estate as an agent in London, helping businesses find and negotiate office space. He saw how much of every deal went to the middleman, and co-founded Spacebly in 2025 so tenants and operators could deal with each other directly.

Lizzy Dudley, Co-founder and CEO
Lizzy is Spacebly's co-founder and CEO. Before Spacebly she worked as a commercial property agent and broker, where she saw first-hand how office deals worked for the people paying for them. She runs Spacebly day to day, from operations to growth.

Operators choose how to pay: list free and pay a 10% success fee only when a tenant signs, or pay a flat monthly subscription and keep 100% of every deal. Tenants never pay, and every tenant who signs gets Cashback by Spacebly.
