How can we estimate a monthly office budget for our team?

   Start with how many desks you need. Our office space calculator works out desks as team size times days in the office. It divides that by five and rounds up. It allows 45 sq ft per desk. It adds about 100 sq ft for each small meeting room and 250 sq ft for each large one (as of Nov 2026).

   Then use our budget calculator. It multiplies your desks by the Price Index desk price for the city or London area you choose. It shows the median with the middle half of the market as a range. You see it per month and per year.

   Prices are per desk per month and exclude VAT. They come from operators' published prices. Places below the Index minimum sample aren't offered.

   These are asking prices. Add anything you'll need that a quote might not include.
