Who isn't allowed to act as a referrer for Cashback by spacebly?

Most people can refer a business. A few are excluded to keep the scheme fair.

   Under the terms effective 9 Oct 2026 these people can't be referrers.

   Our own employees, officers and contractors can't. Nor can their immediate family.

   The operator's employees, officers and agents on that deal can't.

   The business taking the office can't refer itself. Nor can anyone acting for it in the deal. The self introduction route applies instead.

   An agent or broker instructed on the same requirement can't. Agents and brokers can refer on requirements where they hold no instruction.

   Everyone else who's eligible for the scheme can refer. Referrers act in a personal or independent capacity. They aren't our agents or representatives and mustn't present themselves that way.
