Which fees is cashback worked out on?

Office agreements can include several kinds of payment. Only some of them count towards Cashback by spacebly.

   Cashback is worked out on the first year licence fee. Under the terms effective 9 Oct 2026 that's the total licence or membership fees you pay the operator for the first 12 months.

   It excludes VAT and deposits. It also excludes service charges and one off costs.

   If your agreement is shorter than 12 months, it's the total fees over the full term. Anything after the first 12 months isn't counted.

   You then get up to 3% of the first year's fees back as cashback. You can take 3% as vouchers or experiences. Or you can take 1.5% as cash. Every completed deal earns at least £250 in total.
