   A few costs can sit outside the headline price, so plan for them. The cost guides on spacebly (May 2026) list these:
   Meeting rooms beyond any allowance or credits.
   Parking. In central areas it's often the biggest cost after rent, so confirm what's included.
   Bike storage. It's often available but limited, so check.
   Renewals. Ask how the fee changes when you renew.
   Dilapidations. Ask what it costs to reset the space when you leave.

   On a conventional lease, add service charge, business rates and the Cat B fit out you'll usually pay for upfront.
