A flexible or serviced office is usually taken on a licence or membership agreement with the operator. It's often monthly or for a fixed term. A conventional office is usually let on a lease with the landlord. That usually runs for several years.
Our cashback terms define a workspace agreement as a licence or membership agreement for flexible office space. So Cashback by spacebly is for flexible workspace deals.
On a lease in England and Wales the RICS leasing code says a tenant without an adviser should be recommended to get professional advice. The code doesn't apply to lettings of six months or less. Many serviced office agreements are licences rather than leases. Ask the operator whether the code applies to yours.
