Cashback by spacebly comes up a lot on the site. Here's the short version of how it works.

   It's how we give part of the value of a deal back to the business that signs. When you take a flexible office you found on spacebly you can get up to 3% of the first year's fees back as cashback.

   Under the terms effective 9 Oct 2026 you choose how to take it. It's 3% of the first year licence fee as vouchers or experiences. Or it's 1.5% as cash. Every completed deal earns at least £250 in total.

   Register for cashback before you enquire. It's open to UK registered businesses and UK residents aged 18 or over. Cashback by spacebly has been available since 1 Sep 2026.
