What happens to our cashback if we leave the office early?

Plans change and some teams leave an office sooner than expected. Here's how that affects a reward.

   It may have to be repaid. Under the terms effective 9 Oct 2026 a reward becomes repayable on demand if the business ends or exits the agreement within its minimum term or notice period. The same applies if it defaults on the agreement.

   It also applies where we have to repay or credit any of our fee to a success fee operator.

   We may also hold back a reward until the minimum term or notice period ends. We'd only do that where we reasonably think there's a material risk of early termination.

   So before you sign, check the minimum term and the notice period closely. They affect your reward as well as your plans.
