What happens if our office is small and 3% comes to very little?

Small teams sometimes wonder whether cashback is worth it on a one or two desk office. That's what the minimum reward is for.

   Every completed deal earns at least £250 in total. Under the terms effective 9 Oct 2026 we raise the total to £250 if the rewards on a qualifying deal add up to less.

   When more than one person shares a reward, the £250 is split between them. Each gets the same proportion as their percentage share. On a referral the referrer gets two thirds of it. The business that was referred gets one third.

   The minimum applies once per deal. It isn't paid to each participant separately.

   So a small office can still earn a worthwhile reward. You get up to 3% of the first year's fees back as cashback with £250 as the floor.
