Open the office desk budget calculator by spacebly at https://spacebly.com/tools/office-budget-calculator. Enter your team size in desks and pick a city or a London area.
The big figure is a typical monthly budget. It is your desk count times the median desk price for that place in the latest spacebly Price Index.
The middle half range shows where the central half of quoted prices sit, so you can see a lower and a higher budget too.
The yearly figures are the same numbers times 12.
The small print tells you which month's Index was used, how many buildings sit behind it and the confidence label. As of November 2026 places without enough data aren't offered. Prices are per desk per month, excluding VAT, from operator published prices. Treat it as a planning guide. Each office has its own price.
