What are the steps to claim Cashback by spacebly?

Claiming cashback follows a set order. Here's each step from registering to being paid.

   Here's the order under the terms effective 9 Oct 2026.

   First, register your search on the cashback page before you enquire. You'll verify your email with a one time code to activate it. Registering first is what links your deal to your reward.

   Next, enquire through spacebly. Then sign your agreement with the operator.

   Once your deal completes we confirm your choice of reward. We may ask for proof of identity or authority. We may also ask you to show you own the bank account.

   Rewards are paid within 30 days of the operator paying our fee. If the operator is on our subscription plan, it's within 30 days of you moving in and paying your first month.

   You'll get up to 3% of the first year's fees back as cashback.
