Some organisations share a partner code with their customers. Here's how the partner route works.
The partner route applies when you register with a valid partner code. You must be a customer of that partner when you register.
As of Nov 2026 its rates match the direct route. With a success fee operator you can take 3% of the first year licence fee as vouchers or experiences. Or you can take 1.5% as cash. With a subscription operator the direct route applies instead.
The partner route can't be combined with any other route on the same deal. If more than one route could apply to a deal with a success fee operator, the partner route applies. We may ask for reasonable evidence that you were the partner's customer when you registered.
It applies to partner clients who registered on or after 9 Oct 2026.
