Pricing and cashback

Is the price on a listing the price we'll actually pay?

Listed prices are a starting point for most deals. Here's how they relate to what you finally agree.

Not always. Listed prices are asking prices set by the operator. Our Price Index method notes that deals are often negotiated below the quoted figure (as of Nov 2026).

An operator can send you an offer for a specific suite. It sets out the price and the term. It can include incentives too. You can accept it, decline it or negotiate. Negotiating opens a thread with the operator so you can agree terms before you move to a deal.

You deal with the operator directly. We don't negotiate on your behalf.

Check what each quote includes before you compare it with others. If you registered for cashback before you enquired, your reward is worked out on the fees in your agreement.
