How is cashback paid if we choose cash?

Cash is one of the ways to take Cashback by spacebly. Here's where it goes and what we may ask for first.

   Cash rewards are paid by bank transfer. Under the terms effective 9 Oct 2026 they go to a UK business bank account held in the name of the business that signed the agreement.

   On the direct route cash is 1.5% of the first year licence fee. That's half the 3% you'd get as vouchers or experiences.

   Before we release a reward we may ask for reasonable evidence. That can cover your identity and your authority to act for the business. It can also cover who owns the bank account. We may hold the reward until those checks are done.

   Rewards are paid within 30 days of the operator paying our fee. If the operator is on our subscription plan, it's within 30 days of you moving in and paying your first month.
