How does the cashback calculator estimate what we'd get back?

The calculator gives a quick figure from your team size and area. Here's the sum behind it.

   It multiplies your number of desks by this month's Price Index median desk price for the area you pick. Then it multiplies by 12 months. Then it takes 3% for vouchers or experiences. If you'd take cash it takes 1.5%. The result is rounded to the nearest £10 with a £250 minimum (as of Nov 2026).

   It's an estimate built on asking prices. Your actual reward depends on the first year licence fee in your agreement. That excludes VAT and deposits. It also excludes service charges and one off costs.

   The median changes each month. So the estimate can change too.
