A city median covers a wide range of offices. Here's how to look at a narrower slice of the market.
Yes. Within a city we break figures down by office size (as of Nov 2026). The bands run from 1 to 5 desks up to 50+ desks. In between are 6 to 10, 11 to 25 and 26 to 50 desks.
London is also split by area. Areas are based on postcode districts.
The same confidence rule applies to every breakdown. A size band or area needs at least 10 buildings and 30 quoted rates for an Indicative median. Below that we show the count with the lowest and highest rates only.
