Operators pay us in one of two ways. People ask whether that changes the cashback they get.
Yes. Cashback by spacebly applies on completed deals whichever plan the operator is on. The rates are the same under the terms effective 9 Oct 2026.
What changes is the point a deal qualifies. With a success fee operator it qualifies once we receive our fee in full. With a subscription operator it qualifies once you've moved in and paid your first month's fee.
Payment follows the same pattern. With a success fee operator it's within 30 days of us receiving our fee. With a subscription operator it's within 30 days of us getting reasonable evidence you've moved in and paid.
Partner codes work a little differently. The partner route only applies with success fee operators. With a subscription operator the direct route applies instead.
