Teams often grow or stay on after their first year. Here's how Cashback by spacebly treats that.
No. Under the terms effective 9 Oct 2026 all rewards are calculated on the first year licence fee only. Renewals and extensions are excluded. So are expansions and any period beyond the first 12 months.
So your reward covers the first year of the agreement you sign after registering. If you later renew or take more space, that doesn't earn more cashback.
On the deal that qualifies you get up to 3% of the first year's fees back as cashback.
