Cashback by spacebly normally goes to the business. There are a few cases where a named person can receive it.
Usually the reward goes to the company that signs the agreement. Under the terms effective 9 Oct 2026 that applies to cash and to vouchers or experiences.
A named person can receive it in two cases. One is where you're the sole director or a founder of the business and confirm that in writing. The other is where a director or other authorised signatory gives written consent for you to receive it personally.
The self introduction route has its own rules for people who put their own employer forward.
These rules keep the scheme in line with the Bribery Act 2010. We'll refuse or reclaim a reward where paying an individual could look like an improper inducement in a buying decision.
