Asking before booking viewings, to know who handles the commercial conversation with the operator.

   No. You negotiate directly with the operator. We're not in the negotiation.

   What we give you is the groundwork. Listings show the operator's monthly price for each office, or Price on Request where there isn't one. You can shortlist buildings, book viewings and ask for suite by suite pricing by email or WhatsApp.

   When you speak to the operator, ask what the monthly price includes. Ask about the minimum term and the notice period too. Read the agreement carefully before you sign.
