Will I need a new code every time I open my ticket?

Checking a ticket often and wondering if the code step repeats.

   No. Once you've entered the right code, this browser remembers that ticket for 90 days (as of Nov 2026). You can come back and read or reply without another code.

   It works per browser and per ticket. A different browser or device asks for a code again. So does another ticket, since each one has its own pass. Clearing your cookies also means a new code.

   If a code doesn't arrive, check the inbox for the address on the ticket and your junk folder. Then ask for a new one and use the latest email.
