Operators often look for a figure on the subscription plan and can't find one. Here's why and how to get yours.

   The subscription price depends on your portfolio. A single building and a large portfolio aren't priced the same way. So we quote each operator directly.

   To get a price, tell us about your buildings at https://spacebly.com/partner. Include how many buildings you have and which cities they're in. That helps us come back with a figure that fits.

   Our pricing page in November 2026 describes the plan as a flat monthly subscription with 0% commission. You keep 100% of every deal and can cancel any time.

   If you're not sure the subscription suits you yet, the success fee plan is the other option. You pay only when a deal completes.
