Why isn't my city in the Price Index yet?

The Index only publishes a city when there's enough data. Here's what decides whether a city appears.
A city needs enough priced buildings before we publish a median for it. As of Nov 2026 an Indicative figure needs at least 10 buildings and 30 quoted desk rates. A Robust figure needs 30 buildings and 100 rates.
Below that we show only the count with the lowest and highest rates. We don't publish a median.
Buildings also have to sit within one of our city hubs. A building is matched to a hub by city name or by distance from the hub centre. The radius is 32 km for London and 15 to 20 km elsewhere. Buildings outside every radius aren't included.
More cities will appear once we have enough priced buildings. Operators add their own prices to their listings. So coverage grows as more suites carry a monthly desk rate.
