Most listings show a monthly price but a few don't. Here's what Price on Request means and how it affects your search.
A listing shows Price on Request when there's no monthly price for any available suite. It also shows when the operator has chosen to mark the price as on request (as of Nov 2026).
These are still approved listings. You can enquire or request a viewing to get a quote.
It's worth knowing how this affects search. The budget filter works on monthly office prices. An office with Price on Request has no price to compare. So it drops out of your results when you set a budget. Clear the budget filter if you'd like to see those offices too.
When the operator sends you a quote, ask what's included. That makes it easier to compare with offices that show a price.
