Desk rates are common in flexible workspace, so a monthly office price can surprise people. Here's why we show it that way.
Listings on spacebly show a monthly price for the office. That's the number you'd budget for each month. As of Nov 2026 we don't show per desk or per sq ft prices on listings.
Where an operator has set a monthly price for the building, that's the price you see. Where it hasn't, the listing shows the lowest monthly total for an available suite with "from" in front.
Desk rates still matter when you look at the wider market. Our Price Index and calculators work per desk per month. That lets you set an office's monthly price against the asking rate for the area.
To get a rough desk rate for a suite, divide its monthly price by the number of desks it holds.
