Why can't I find my new building in search yet?

It's a common moment of worry after adding a building. Usually there's a simple reason.

   The most likely reason is that it hasn't been approved yet. Search only shows approved buildings that have a name. Your operator page works the same way and lists only your approved offices.

   Check that your building has a name saved in My Offices. A building without a name won't show publicly even after approval.

   If it's approved and named, think about the filters a business might use. A budget filter leaves out buildings marked Price on Request. A size filter matches the team sizes your suites cover.

   If it still doesn't appear, open a support ticket from the Help Centre at https://spacebly.com/help-center. Tell us the building name so we can check it.
