Who sets the prices shown on office listings?

Every listing price comes from somewhere. Here's where ours come from and how they're kept up to date.

   The operators do. Each operator adds its buildings and suites with their capacity, price and availability. It can change a suite's price or availability from its dashboard. Changes save straight away (as of Nov 2026).

   Our team reviews every office before it goes live. Only approved offices appear in search or on the map. That review helps keep incomplete or inaccurate listings out of search.

   The prices are the operators' own. Our Price Index is built from those same published listings. Prices on spacebly are accurate, current and like for like. They come straight from the operator.

   When you're ready to talk terms, the operator can send you an offer for a specific suite. It sets out the price and the term.
