   Use your desk count rather than your headcount if your team is hybrid. The office space calculator by spacebly gives you that number. It then links to a search sized to it.

   The team size pages on spacebly (November 2026) group offices like this:
   1 to 5 desks: founders, freelancers and very small teams.
   6 to 10 desks: seed stage and early Series A teams.
   11 to 20 desks: growth stage teams scaling fast.
   21 to 50 desks: Series B and established SMEs.
   51 to 100 desks: enterprise teams and regional HQs.
   100+ desks: large enterprises and corporate HQs.
