Operators sometimes wonder why one brief reaches them and another doesn't. It comes down to location.

   You see briefs from businesses whose chosen area includes one of your buildings. Each business picks a radius around where it wants to be. Only operators and landlords with buildings inside that radius are notified.

   Our operator page describes these as briefs from approved businesses. Matches are worked out again as new briefs arrive and as buildings change.

   So every building you have live on spacebly widens the net. Adding a building in a new area can bring you briefs you weren't seeing before.

   Each brief shows the location and team size. It shows the move timeframe too. It can also carry must haves like meeting rooms or dog friendly space.

   Once you send a business an offer, its brief drops off your Nearby Clients list.
