Which landlords see my Let Offices Find Me brief?

Sending a brief out can feel like a lot. The search radius keeps it focused.

Only landlords with buildings inside the radius you chose are notified. As of November 2026 you can set the radius to 0.5 km, 1 km, 3 km or 4 km around the place you entered.

Your brief carries your location, team size, move timing and anything you wrote under What's important to you. Must haves like meeting rooms travel with it, so landlords can see what you need.

A tight radius keeps things very local. A wider one brings in more buildings. If your team needs to be near one station, keep it small. If you're open on area, go wider.
