As of Nov 2026, the search page has four filters.

Space type: Private Office, Managed Office, Coworking Desks, Meeting Room, Membership or Event Space. Pick as many as you like. An office shows if it matches any of them.

Facilities: search the list and tick what matters. Offices with more of your chosen facilities rank higher.

Size: choose a range from 1 to 5 people up to 50+. An office matches when one of its suites overlaps your range.

Budget: set a minimum and maximum per office per month.

Each choice appears in the applied filters panel, where you can remove it. Clear filters starts again.
