   Personal data is stored on servers in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area. We use technical and organisational measures to protect it from unauthorised access, disclosure, change or destruction.

   Access is limited to authorised employees, contractors and partners with a legitimate need.

   We keep data for as long as it's needed for the purpose we collected it for. We also keep it where we must meet legal, regulatory or contractual obligations. When it's no longer needed, it's securely deleted or anonymised.
