Where do I set the email address that gets my operator notifications?

Operators often want enquiries to land in a shared inbox rather than one person's. Here's where to set that.

   Open Management in your dashboard and go to Settings. That's where your operator settings live.

   You can set a notification email there. Our operator emails go to that address first. A shared inbox works well if several people handle enquiries.

   You can also add contact emails and phone numbers for your business. There's a field for your company address too.

   Only the account owner sees Management. If you're a team member, ask the owner to change these.

   For your own login, Account Settings holds your profile and password. It's also where you switch on browser push notifications.
