Where can I see desk prices for a single city?

The main Price Index table covers several cities at once. Each city also has its own page with more detail.

   Click a city name in the table at https://spacebly.com/price-index, or go straight to a city page such as https://spacebly.com/price-index/london.

   As of November 2026 a city page shows:

   1. The median desk rate per month and the middle 50% of the market.
   2. The lowest and highest quoted rates.
   3. How many buildings were priced and how many desk rates were quoted.
   4. The confidence label and how the city compares with the UK national median.
   5. Desk rates by team size, starting from the November 2026 snapshot.
   6. A How to cite box and download links.

   The London page adds a map and a table of desk prices by area. Each city page also links to live offices in that city. If a city doesn't have enough priced buildings that month, it shows the count and the range instead of a median.
