What's the Waiting List in my dashboard for?

Some operators spot the Waiting List and aren't sure what it's for. It can be a useful source of future lets.

   The Waiting List shows businesses that want space in one of your buildings. A business can join it from your building page.

   Each entry can tell you the size the business needs and its move timeframe. It can name the suites it's interested in. The business can add a note too.

   When a suite comes free, start with your Waiting List. These businesses have already told you they want to be in your building.

   Reply with what's available and a monthly price. A business that asked to hear from you is a warm conversation to start.
