Our mission line is "spacebly is striving to be the first complete 0% flexible workspace platform globally."

In practice that means two things today. Businesses never pay to search, shortlist, enquire or book viewings. Operators and landlords choose a flat subscription with 0% commission, or pay a success fee only when a deal completes.

We want finding flexible workspace to feel simple. You see prices from the operator, compare buildings in one place and deal with the operator directly.

If you'd like to see how much of the market is listed today, our coverage figures are at https://spacebly.com/numbers.
