Operators with listings on spacebly get a weekly email from us. Here's what goes into it.

   It's built around your own buildings. It lists them with the date each was last updated.

   It also brings in figures from the spacebly Price Index for the place that matters most to you. If most of your buildings sit in one London area, it uses that area. Otherwise it uses the city where you have the most buildings. London is the fallback.

   The figures are the median asking price per desk with the 25th and 75th percentiles. That shows where your prices sit against your local market. The email worked this way in November 2026.

   If your listing dates look old, treat it as a prompt. A quick update keeps your buildings current for businesses searching now.
