   Your request changes to Rescheduled on My Viewings. Press View Counter Offer to see the times the operator has suggested and respond to them.

   Once a time is agreed, the operator confirms by email. A calendar invite follows with directions and who you'll meet on the day.

   You can keep an eye on every request from My Viewings. My Calendar shows them by date.
