Sheets change week to week. Operators on the weekly refresh ask what happens to suites that disappear from them.
The suite isn't deleted. The refresh marks it Occupied instead.
Suites are matched by building and suite number. If a suite is missing from your sheet, it's treated as occupied. If it comes back on the sheet later, it updates again.
The refresh only uses two statuses: Available and Occupied. A suite with a future available date counts as Occupied until that date passes.
So if a suite is coming free soon, leave it on the sheet with its date. It'll show as Available once the date has passed and the refresh has run. These rules were agreed on 4 Nov 2026.
