Some operators prefer not to show a figure. It's your call, but it helps to know the trade off.

   The listing shows Price on Request instead of a monthly figure. Businesses can still find the building and enquire.

   There's one trade off to know about. When a business filters search by budget, buildings marked Price on Request are left out. Budget filters only match monthly prices they can compare.

   So a building with a price can reach more searches than one without. Even a from price on your lowest available suite helps.

   You decide what's shown. If you'd like to show a starting price without pricing every suite, set a monthly price on the building itself. This is how search worked in November 2026.
