It helps to know what you'll be asked before you start, especially after a day of viewings.
The form asks about the space, the building and the person who showed you round.
For the building, you rate five areas: cleanliness, amenities, accessibility, location and value. For each one you choose Exceeded, Met, Fell Short or N/A.
For the operator, you score professionalism, knowledge, helpfulness and punctuality. As of November 2026 each is on a scale from 1 (Poor) to 5 (Excellent). There is also an optional box for comments about them.
At the end you say whether you'd like to move forward with the property: Yes, No or Undecided. You also say whether you'd recommend spacebly: Yes, No or Not yet. Then add anything else you'd like to share.
