It means your operator's own availability sheet keeps your listings up to date. Since 4 Nov 2026 a weekly refresh reads that sheet every Sunday evening. It updates your suites, prices and photos on spacebly.

The pill appears next to the My Offices title. It shows for anyone managing an operator that works this way, including team members.

The pill isn't shown on any public page. Businesses see your listings as normal.

The sheet is the source of truth. Dashboard changes to suites, prices or photos may be replaced by the next refresh. So make lasting changes in your availability sheet.
