What does the "from" price on an office listing mean?

Seeing a from price on listings and want to know if it's per desk or for the whole office.

   It's a monthly price for an office, not a price per desk.

   Where the operator has set a monthly price for the building, that's what you see. Otherwise you see the lowest monthly total of the suites that are available, shown as "from". If there's no price at all, the listing says Price on Request.

   Each suite is marked Available or Occupied. A suite that's under offer still shows as Available, so it's worth checking with the operator.

   Ask the operator what the monthly price includes before you commit. Book Viewing on any office also lets you ask for suite by suite pricing by email or WhatsApp.
