What does the 'from' price on an office listing actually mean?

Listing prices are a starting point. This explains how they're worked out.

It's the starting monthly price for that building. Listings on spacebly show a monthly price for the office rather than a per desk rate.

If the operator has set a headline price for the building, that's shown. If not, the lowest available suite's monthly total is shown with 'from' in front of it. Where an operator hasn't published a price, you'll see Price on Request.

So the 'from' figure is a starting point. The suite that fits your team may cost more. Open the office page to see the suites, their sizes and when they're available.

Then ask the operator for the monthly price of the suite you want, what's included, the minimum term and the notice period. That gives you a figure you can compare.
