What does the flat monthly subscription include?

Some operators prefer a fixed monthly cost to a fee on each deal. This covers what the subscription plan gives you.

   The subscription plan is a flat monthly fee with 0% commission. You keep 100% of every deal you close through spacebly. Our pricing page set this out in November 2026.

   You can cancel any time. There's no exclusivity either. You can keep every other channel you use today.

   Businesses still pay nothing. Searching, comparing and enquiring are free for them. So is booking a viewing.

   The price depends on your portfolio. Tell us about your buildings at https://spacebly.com/partner and we'll give you a price.
