Many listings show a price that starts with the word from. It helps to know which suite that number comes from.

Many listings show a price that starts with the word from. It helps to know which suite that number comes from.
It means the price is the lowest monthly total for an available suite in that building (as of Nov 2026).
Here's how a listing price is chosen. If the operator has set a headline monthly price for the building, we show that. If not, we use the lowest priced available suite. We take that suite's monthly total where the operator gives one. Otherwise it's the desk rate multiplied by the suite's minimum number of desks.
So a "from" price is a starting point. Other suites in the same building may cost more. Occupied suites aren't used to set it.
Open the listing to see each available suite with its own price. If no suite has a price, the listing shows Price on Request instead.
