What does a viewing request tell me about the business?

A good viewing starts with knowing who's coming. Here's what a request includes.

A viewing request names the building and any suites the business picked. It tells you how many people the space is for. It also gives their move timeframe.

You'll see the date and time they'd prefer. As of November 2026 viewings are booked in 15 minute slots. Requests for a time that's already passed are turned down.

The business's name and company come through. So do its contact details. It can add notes too.

Read the notes before you reply. They're the business's own words about what it needs. A short personal reply goes a long way.
