What does a ticket number look like and where do I find it?

Lost track of which number belongs to which ticket.

   As of Nov 2026, ticket numbers are 6 random digits. Each one is unique and never reused. Tickets from our previous support system kept their original numbers.

   You'll find the number in the emails about your ticket. They come from Support by spacebly at support@spacebly.com. The subject names the ticket, for example "Your ticket #483920 is open".

   If you opened the ticket through live chat, the assistant tells you the number when it's created.
