What do the open, answered and closed ticket statuses mean?

Seeing a status on a ticket and not sure who needs to act next.

   Open means it's waiting on our team.

   Answered means the team has replied and it's waiting on you.

   Closed means it's finished.

   Your reply always sets a ticket back to open, even if it was closed. A reply from the team sets it to answered. Closing a ticket is done by the team.

   So if a ticket shows answered, the next step is yours. Read the reply and respond on the ticket page if you need anything else.
